The below chart reflects our current order production time by product category.
Production time includes: PO submittal, PO confirmation, label art creation, proof approval (if requested), printing labels, labeling product, and packing out your order. Shipping/transit time is not included in production time.
Day 0: You submit your order to Raining Rose Promos
Up to 24 hours later: We enter the order and confirm receipt
Up to 24 hours after PO entered and confirmed: A proof will be sent out (if requested)
After art is approved, and if needed, credit card prepayment is received: Your order is completed and sent to production.
Estimated Production Times:
Lip Balm: 2 Days
Hand Sanitizer: 2-5 Days*
Sunscreen/Lotion: 2-5 Days*
Kits, Packs, and Combos: 5-8 Days
