Heather Mangold, CAS Promoted to Sales Support Manager
CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, Jan. 7, 2022 – Raining Rose Promos announced today that Heather Mangold, CAS has been promoted to Sales Support Manager. Heather has been with Raining Rose Promos for more than three years, previously serving as the Central Region Account Executive.
“In the last three years, I have learned so much about our customers and what they are looking for,” said Heather Mangold, Sales Support Manager, Raining Rose Promos. “I am excited to bring my sales knowledge to the support team to continuously optimize our sales process.”
In her new position, Mangold will be responsible for directing and coordinating daily sales support activities to ensure customers continue to experience a high level of service, as well as setting strategy for process improvement and aiding in new product development.
“Heather is a rising star in the promotional industry, and I am very excited to have her as a manager on my team,” said Lindsey Davis, MAS, Raining Rose Promos Sales Director. “I can’t wait for her to bring a new perspective and a sales mind to our customer experience.”
